This Adaptor will work in two ways. one it with the ac unit in the van as a outlet for the Hot exit. And option 2 with the ac unit outside to allow cold air input to your van. And no bugs can get in. TO FIT UK DRIVERS SIDE ONLY R/H WINDOW 

We at Omit Van only put the hot air hole in the vent. Because we think it is the best way to run the unit. As it will recirculate the cold air in the van and not get hot air from outside to cool even more. Making the unit work harder than is needs to.
